Donna Benson joined H.G. Fenton Company in 1991 and has served on its commercial leasing team since 1999. In addition to negotiating leases with new H.G. Fenton Company tenants, Donna Benson assists existing tenants with lease renewals, expansions or relocations. She also coordinates spec and build-to-suit tenant improvements for tenants locating in new H.G. Fenton Company developments.

Currently, Donna Benson manages the leasing activities for eight H.G. Fenton Company industrial properties including: Centerpointe Commerce Park, Carlsbad Crossroads, Carlsbad Corporate Center, Camino West Business Park, Sea Lion Commerce Centre and Vista Oaks Business Center.

Donna Benson holds a bachelor's degree from San Diego State University in Family Studies/Consumer Sciences, a minor in Business Administration, and has completed a number of post-graduate courses. She is active in various fundraising activities within the San Diego Community, focusing on charities which support women, children and the elderly.
