As H.G. Fenton Company's vice president of support services and organizational development, Jennifer Tokatyan serves as a corporate role model and operational partner to senior management.

In her position, Tokatyan is responsible for implementing the human resource "vision" throughout H.G. Fenton Company and creating a motivating work environment for all employees. She is also responsible for systems and resources (including information technology, process improvement and organization development) to ensure that the company is able to grow effectively while providing a high level of service to its customers.

Tokatyan graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of San Diego with a degree in business administration, received the HR Leadership Program Certificate from University of California, San Diego, and completed her master of science in Human Resources from Chapman University.

Tokatyan is actively involved with the San Diego Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and a member of American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).
