As a senior commercial property manager with H.G. Fenton Company, Mary Day Dewart is responsible for serving more than 50 tenants located in a combined total of 725,000 square feet of office and industrial space in the Miramar and Sorrento Mesa areas.  

Dewart joined H.G. Fenton Company in 1993. Her relationship-based approach and ability to consistently meet the needs of her customers through a high level of service has led to her achieving an "Outstanding" ranking for customer service in the annual CEL tenant survey for each of the past five years. Her ability to understand the space and function needs of her tenants is reflected in the successful completion of numerous tenant improvement projects, including build-outs for Titan/L3, NIK Multimedia, ZipSearch, Sontek/YSI, Simplex Grinnell and the corporate headquarters for K2. 

Dewart earned a bachelor's degree in social sciences from San Diego State University and also holds the prestigious Real Property Manager (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
