As a commercial property manager, Jonathan "Jon" Dodge serves H.G. Fenton Company business tenants in seven office and industrial properties throughout the central area of San Diego including, but not limited to: Kearny Villa Commerce Center, Aero Place Business Park, Sycamore Grove, 6160/6190 Fairmount Ave., and Fairmount Business Park. 

Dodge is dedicated to providing tenants with a high level of service and responsiveness. His commitment to exceeding their expectations allows them to focus on their business in well-maintained work environments. 

Dodge joined the H.G. Fenton Company residential division in 2004 where he most recently was resident manager at Club River Run. His reputation for being proactive and attentive to customer needs makes him a valued member of the H.G. Fenton Company commercial property management team.

Dodge has a bachelor’s degree in communications and recently completed his certificate in Real Estate Finance, Investment and Development at the Burnham Moores Center for Real Estate at University of San Diego. He is a current member of BOMA.
