Robert Gottlieb brings more than 25 years of financial experience to his position as chief financial officer with H.G. Fenton Company. In this capacity, Gottlieb is responsible for all accounting, tax and finance functions of the H.G. Fenton Company organization including H.G. Fenton Development Company, H.G. Fenton Property Company and H.G. Fenton Investment Company.

Gottlieb joined H.G. Fenton Company in 1990 and has played a key role in the company's policies and practices and strategic plan development. He works closely with company President and CEO Mike Neal on financial planning related to expanding the organization's scope and geographic range of development services. He is also actively involved in H.G. Fenton Investment Company, working with Marc Iacono to provide third-party capital, debt and equity to developers throughout the southwestern United States.

Gottlieb's prior accomplishments with H.G. Fenton Company include leading its financial transition from an operating company to being exclusively a real estate company. He also was responsible for the consolidation and implementation of numerous related corporations.

Gottlieb is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, with a bachelor's degree in economics. He also holds a master's degree in business from San Diego State University. A CPA, Gottlieb has experience working for an international CPA firm. Over the years, he has been involved with several community organizations, non-profit and trade associations.
