Kevin Hill oversees all aspects of asset management and leasing for H.G. Fenton Company's commercial real estate portfolio. His responsibilities include coordinating marketing efforts for all company projects, managing and negotiating new leases and build-to-suits, and tracking and negotiating lease renewals.

Hill has been instrumental in the successful leasing of Mission Valley Heights, a 1-million-square-foot master-planned business park that just celebrated its completion. He currently is overseeing the marketing of the Fenton Technology Park, a 1-million-square-foot master-planned business park in Sorrento Mesa, and Carlsbad Raceway, a 1.5-million-square-foot campus in Carlsbad. He also oversees the leasing of Carlsbad Research Center and Carlsbad Corporate Center, as well as other projects within the organization's portfolio.

In addition to marketing new projects, Hill also works with existing H.G. Fenton tenants to help them with their lease renewals and/or expansion or relocation into other H.G. Fenton properties as their space needs change.

Hill received a bachelor's degree in communications from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah.
