As commercial leasing manager, Linda Kaufman is responsible for assisting new and existing H.G. Fenton Company tenants through the lease negotiation and lease renewal process. Linda’s relationship-based approach is reflected in her ability to meet the needs of H.G. Fenton Company tenants as their space needs change, including expansions and relocations to other properties within the company’s portfolio.

Currently, Linda manages leasing activities for 15 H.G. Fenton Company properties located within the central San Diego County area. They are: Fairmount Office Park, TR Hale Business Center, Metropolitan Drive Business Park, Mission Business Center, H. G. Fenton Business Park, Kearny Villa Commerce Center, Aero Place, Scripps Commerce Park, Sycamore Grove, Scripps Business Center, S.D. Business Center, 6160-6190 Fairmount Avenue, Fairmount Industrial Park, Kearny Villa Office, and Carmel Business Center.

Kaufman joined H.G. Fenton Company in 1988 and has been part of the commercial leasing department for the past 10 years. Previously, she worked for the City of San Diego where she held positions in the risk management and police departments, as well as the City Council.

Kaufman holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from University of Redlands, and also completed her Masters Degree in International Business. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and American Planning Association and is Chairperson for the Mission Valley Unified Planning Committee.
