As development finance manager, Kristen Patterson is responsible for leading the accounting and reporting functions of H.G. Fenton Development Company and H.G. Fenton Investment Company. Patterson is committed to providing a key risk management role throughout the budgeting and development process.

Patterson has more than 20 years of financial management and accounting experience, with a foundation in public accounting. Joining H.G. Fenton Company in 2007, she brings a wide breath of experience having worked in both the public and private sectors, specializing in the area of real estate management and development.

Patterson is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles with a bachelor of arts degree in economics.
