Susan Woolard is responsible for overseeing the management of six commercial business parks totaling over 740,000 square feet in the H.G. Fenton Company portfolio. In this capacity, she serves over 140 business tenants.

Woolard's responsibilities include ensuring that each property under her care is well-maintained and that tenant requests are handled in a timely and effective manner. She also is responsible for helping to accommodate the space needs of her customers over time through cost-effective and functional tenant improvements.

Woolard's commitment to meeting the needs of her customers is reflected in her achieving a "Best in the Industry" rating by CEL & Associates in 2006 for providing the highest quality of tenant service.

In addition to holding the prestigious Real Property Manager (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Woolard is also attending Chapman University where she is majoring in Organizational Leadership.
