Brenda Wright oversees and manages seven business parks in Carlsbad and Vista, along with an industrial park in Scripps Ranch. Her portfolio encompasses over 750,000 square feet and close to 100 tenants. Her responsibilities include physical upkeep of the properties, tenant improvements, customer service, and capital improvements to the properties.

Wright transitioned to H. G. Fenton Company's commercial property management division after a successful 17-year career in residential management. With more than 10 years in her current position, Wright has completed several major tenant improvement projects that include taking spaces from shell building to fully built-out offices, laboratories and showrooms.

Wright holds both Real Property Administrator® (RPA) and Facilities Management Administrator® (FMA) designations from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI). She also serves on the boards of three business park associations.

In 2010, Wright was recognized as an A-List Platinum Award winner by CEL & Associates for providing a "superior" level of service to tenants. CEL & Associates also recognized Wright in 2008 as an A-LIST Award winner for achieving a "Best In The Industry" rating for providing the highest level of quality of service to tenants.
