Brenda Wright oversees and manages six business parks in Carlsbad and Vista, along with an industrial park in Scripps Ranch. Her portfolio encompasses nearly 750,000 square feet and close to 100 tenants. Her responsibilities include physical upkeep of the properties, tenant improvements, customer service, and capital improvements to the properties.

Brenda transitioned to H. G. Fenton's commercial property management division after 17 years of a successful career in residential management. During her six years in her current position, she has completed several major tenant improvements, taking spaces from shell building to fully built-out offices, laboratories and showrooms.

She currently holds an RPA designation, and will complete her FMA designation this year. She serves on the boards of three business park associations.
