You can count on receiving a Lease Renewal Questionnaire approximately 6–9 months prior to your lease expiration. However, if your business has outgrown its current space, or you need to adapt your space to new business requirements, you should let your H.G. Fenton Company property manager know. He or she will arrange to have your leasing manager contact you to discuss the options available and to see how your needs can best be met. how long does the process take?Our goal is to make the lease renewal process as easy and stress-free as possible. For the average renewal, you should allow 4–6 months. However, if you need tenant improvements or are considering relocating to another H.G. Fenton Company property, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. We will provide you with a timeline so you will know exactly what to expect and when. I used a broker when i signed my original lease. do I need one now?H.G. Fenton Company has an experienced in-house leasing team to serve its clients. Your best interest and long-term tenancy with us is our top priority, and our team will work with you closely to make the process as easy as possible. While it is not necessary for you to use a broker during the renewal process, you are welcome to do so if you prefer. |
