H.G. FENTON COMPANY NAMES CARRIE SEXTON COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER

SAN DIEGO – Carrie Sexton has joined H.G. Fenton Company’s commercial property management group where she will manage Centerpointe Commerce Park in Miramar and Carmel Business Center in Carmel Mountain Ranch.

Sexton has been affiliated with the residential division of H.G. Fenton Company for one year, during which time she was responsible for the leasing and management of the company’s 352-unit Tierrasanta Ridge apartment community.

“Carrie’s commitment to meeting the needs of our residential tenants was evident in her superb attention to detail, quick response time and in the minimal tenant turnover at Tierrasanta Ridge,” said Mike Neal, president and CEO of H.G. Fenton Company.  “Her relationship-based approach and expertise in day-to-day management will be invaluable to us as we strive to provide our commercial tenants with responsive service and well-maintained business environments.”

In her new position, Sexton will be responsible for the day-to-day management of several H.G. Fenton Company-owned industrial projects including its recently acquired Centerpointe Commerce Park, a 10-building, 198,070-square-foot campus in Miramar.  She also will manage Carmel Business Center, a 124,492-square-foot industrial park in Carmel Mountain Ranch.

Prior to H.G. Fenton Company, Sexton was a community manager at Archstone Torrey Hills which received the San Diego Apartment Association’s “Mark of Excellence – New Development” award.
