H.G. Fenton Company Receives Record 34 Mark of Excellence Awards

The Southern California Rental Housing Association has awarded H.G. Fenton Company a company record 34 Mark of Excellence Awards in its 2019 awards cycle. The Mark of Excellence Awards honor outstanding achievement in the San Diego County rental housing industry. First place awards included Rental Community of the Year nods for Solana Highlands, Bella Del Mar, and Creek View, and Manager of the Year recognition for Allyse Windham (Urbana), Chelsey Moch (Aquatera), Tony Giroux (Portofino) and Olivia Connolly (BLVD North Park).

H.G. Fenton Company properties dominated the Rental Community of the Year list with Creek View taking first place and River Front taking second place in the 101-300 unit category. Mission Valley properties Club River Run and Portofino took second and third place respectively in the 300+ unit category. Urbana and Vici received second and third place in the 1-100 unit category. Vici Luxury Rentals, which opened in 2018, is part of the landmark Piazza della Famiglia development which has received several prominent accolades in the year since its dedication.

H.G. Fenton Company’s property managers, leasing managers, and maintenance professionals also received recognition for excellence including first place recognitions for Property Manager of the Year, Multi-Site Manager of the Year, Assistant Manager of the Year, Leasing Professional of the Year, Maintenance Supervisor of the Year, Maintenance/Make Ready Technician of the Year, and Porter/Housekeeper of the Year.
