H.G. Fenton Company’s Little Italy Development Dazzles

In a stellar week, H.G. Fenton Company was honored by two leading San Diego development organizations, receiving back-to-back awards for their Piazza della Famiglia development. The European-style Piazza anchors the Little Italy development which includes 125 apartment homes at Vici and Amo, the Little Italy Food Hall, Frost Me Café and Bakery, and 16,000sf of additional retail space, and hosts two weekly farmer’s markets.

John La Raia, Vice President of H.G. Fenton Company, accepted the Downtown San Diego Partnership’s Alonzo Award in the “Create the Vibe” category at a dinner held at the Manchester Grand Hyatt on October 25th, following on the heels of President and CEO Mike Neal’s acceptance of Circulate San Diego’s Momentum Award in the “Healthy Communities” category just one day prior.
