H.G. Fenton Team Continues Award Streak with 22 San Diego Apartment Rental Awards

The San Diego County Apartment Association honored H.G. Fenton Company’s apartment rental communities and team members with 22 awards during its 2018 Mark of Excellence Awards event on Nov. 2. The Mark of Excellence Awards honor outstanding achievement in the San Diego County rental housing industry. The recognitions come on the heels of two other major recognitions for the company within just a few weeks, as their Piazza della Famiglia development received Downtown San Diego Partnership’s Alonzo Award in the “Create the Vibe” category and Circulate San Diego’s Momentum Award in the “Healthy Communities” category in late October.

Urbana, in East Village, took the first-place award for Rental Community of the Year with 11-100 unitsfor the second year in a row, and was joined by Evening Creek & Scripps Landing which received the first-place honor in the 101-300-unitcategory. Properties Solana Highlands, in Solana Beach, and Tierrasanta Ridge, in Tierrasanta, took second and third-place respectively in the Property of the Year 35 years and oldercategory, marking the second year in a row these two properties received Mark of Excellence recognition.

Additional awards were presented to 18 H.G. Fenton Company residential property management employees including first place recognitions for Property Manager of the Year, Multi-Site Manager of the Year, Assistant Manager of the Year, Leasing Professional of the Year and Porter/Custodian of the Year.
