SAN DIEGO, December 5th, 2013 – For the 11th straight year, H.G. Fenton Company has been honored for outstanding achievement in the San Diego County rental housing market, earning 25 Mark of Excellence Awards from the San Diego County Apartment Association (SDCAA).
