EXAMINER- When opening a business, founders must be prepared to roll with the punches and make changes when necessary. While it’s common for a new company to reconsider an initial location in favor of a better situation in a different part of town, it’s not often that those decisions involve setting up shop in a completely different country. Such was the case for Pure Project Brewing, which opened for business on Saturday, and became the latest brewery to set up shop in Miramar.
