EATER SAN DIEGO: Another local home brewer is preparing to make the leap to professional brewmaster via H.G. Fenton’s Brewery Igniter project, launching soon in Carlsbad and joining other H.G. Fenton brewery incubators in Miramar and North Park. Owner Rawley Macias, who has been homebrewing for more than a decade and is a certified craft beer judge, will tap Rouleur Brewing Company this March.
