Little Italy Hotspot for San Diego Housing

05.21.18

H.G. Fenton’s development of Vici, Piazza della Famiglia, Amo, and Little Italy Food Hall have been catching a lot of attention lately, both for contributions to the neighborhood’s bustling food scene as well as the enviable prime apartments.

As featured in the May 18th issue of the San Diego Union-Tribune, H.G. Fenton’s properties are front and center in Little Italy, a San Diego hotspot that will feature prominently in the upcoming year; in 2018, about one quarter of all new apartments in the entire county will be within Little Italy.

These properties have prime locations and feature world-class amenities that rival the area’s luxury condo buildings, including rooftop terraces, hot tub, gym, premium appliances, and direct access to the lively Piazza della Famiglia.
