Accounting and Finance

Staff Accountant As a successful Staff Accountant you will be responsible for the preparation, reconciliation and verification of accounting information and support to residential sites on the MRI system. Position is also responsible for performing accounting tasks or projects to support the Residential Accounting Supervisor and/or Controller and providing quality internal customer service.

Commercial Property Management

Commercial Property Manager Provide well-maintained, quality properties and anticipate and fulfill customer needs using company values and culture to elevate the team and achieve strategic goals. Collaborate with Portfolio Manager and implement plans to position assets competitively while attracting the target customer. Preserve the long-term quality and value of assets through partnership with the Maintenance Team to positively shape the reputation of the company and drive predictability of cash flow. Anticipate, identify, and respond pro-actively to risk and ensure compliance and minimize liability of stakeholders. Maximize income and control expenses to positively impact NOI. Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and overall team to positively impact morale, optimize efficiencies and results and out perform department and portfolio goals.

Employee Lifestyle Team (HR)

Administrative Coordinator The Department Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support of the day to day Employee Lifestyle Team operations with a focus on “Creating Lifestyle Opportunities for Our Employees to Flourish”! This individual will be the glue for the ELT Operations team, supporting Benefits, HR Compliance and HRIS Administration through quality administrative support.
Key Responsibility Areas:
Ensuring the details and execution of all Benefits, Risk Management, HRIS Administration, 401(k), Workers Compensation and Safety plans and programs are creating a positive employee experience and are in compliance.Delivers high level administrative support to the Operations team to simplify and expedite the completion of work and contribute to the teams productivity. Sets up and maintains employee information in HRIS and other systems in order to ensure current and accurate employee data for ELT and Payroll as well as retrieval of information for business reporting, analysis and decision making.

Property Maintenance

Commercial Maintenance Engineer Responsible for preventative maintenance, ongoing maintenance and repair tasks as scheduled by the Property Manager and/or the Team Director responsible for reporting potential safety and liability issues as well as other physical defects on the properties. Communicate with tenants to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily and work is completed.

Maintenance Manager The Maintenance Manager directly supports Residential Community leaders by providing technical and leadership knowledge, skills, and abilities that help maintain high performing maintenance teams. In partnership with the Director, RPM Maintenance Operations, this position supports assigned communities’ specific team development/training goals, projects, risk management and process improvement initiatives, all with the objective to provide Lifestyle communities that achieve our desired employee and customer experience goals!

Property Maintenance TechnicianEnjoy a positive, performance-driven culture where you’re valued as a team member and provided the tools to do your best work. This fast-paced role is best suited for an assertive, highly-detailed, technically focused and customer service oriented individual.
The Property Maintenance Technician is an integral member of the property management team and contributes to the quality of the property and resident satisfaction. Responsible for restoring vacated apartments to “market ready” status and completing work orders within established timeframes; maintaining the physical integrity of each property by performing Maintenance and repair tasks; assisting in providing a comfortable and well-maintained living environment for residents, visitors and staff; and reporting potential safety and liability issues as well as other physical defects on the properties.

Residential Property Management

Community DirectorAs a successful Community Director you will lead your property to success by providing quality homes and communities where our residents can live well. You will be responsible for staff development through motivating, training and coaching your team, as well as implementing and overseeing leasing, marketing and resident relation strategies that provide a quality customer service experience. You will also manage the community operations and financials in order to meet and exceed strategic and business plan objectives!

Residential Portfolio ManagerKey Responsibilities of the Portfolio Manager:
Lead annual Business Plan development for portfolio and support the Strategic Plan development to meed or exceed the company’s financial and organizational objectives. Lead property management operations to ensure positive employee and customer experience. Attract and retain customers through marketing, leasing and customer retention programs in order to achieve business plan objectives and enhance the reputation of the portfolio. Anticipate, identify and proactively respond to maintenance needs, staying mindful of risk management and safety to preserve portfolio value and customer loyalty. Collaborate with team members to positively impact the employee experience and morale, optimize efficiencies and results and achieve department and portfolio goals.
