Redevelopment of a former medical clinic into a residential and retail space creating unique urban lifestyle opportunities in the Bankers Hill neighborhood, featuring 75 residential units in a mix of studios, one-bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom townhomes.
Mostra Coffee at TRU Bankers Hill provides craft coffee and pastries for residents and visitors, with a welcoming patio that’s open to the public during business hours and private for residents in the evening.

Brewery Igniter’s newest location brings H.G. Fenton Company’s turnkey brewery concept to the community of Oceanside! Located on a scenic stretch of California’s historic Highway 101, this 7,000 square foot space is now home to South O Brewing Company.
This brewing facility and adjacent tasting room provide this new-to-the-scene brewer with space to serve their neighbors, and a prominent location in this laid-back, beer-loving coastal community.

Wawanesa Insurance Headquarters
This 74,000 square foot commercial property in Mission Valley Heights was transformed from a former art school campus into a modern office building, now home to the U.S. Headquarters for Wawanesa Insurance Company. The renovation, completed Summer 2020, was built to LEED Gold Standards, pending certification in early 2021.
COPAN Diagnostics at Carlsbad Crossroads
38,800 square foot single-tenant building, redesigned in 2020 to accommodate a new facility for COPAN Diagnostics, a manufacturer of medical testing and transport systems. COPAN has played a critical role in COVID-19 testing and was awarded funding from Apple to expand their Southern-California operations to meet urgent testing needs.
Two towers, Vici and Amo, comprising 125 apartment homes with approximately 16,000 sq ft of restaurant/retail space on the ground floors. Date Street between India and Columbia streets has been transformed into a public piazza to serve the Little Italy community and all its visitors. The European-style piazza hosts farmer’s markets, food offerings, concerts, and cultural events.
